I received a tracking number, when will my order ship?

Once you receive a tracking number, it means your shipping label has beencreated, but the package has not yet been shipped. Please allow a fewadditional business days for your tracking information to update. Werecommend signing up for tracking updates through the carrer's website tomonitor your delivery status.

We provide shipping services through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. For international orders, the package will be handed over to your country’s postal service for final delivery.

Yes, we offer shipping methods that can deliver to PO Boxes. Please note that this excludes FedEx.

Yes, we offer international shipping to all countries serviced by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. All international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. *Please note, international orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties upon arrival, as determined by your country’s customs department. Dose of Colors is not responsible for any customs or duty fees and will not provide reimbursement. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Certain countries are excluded from receiving free international shipping: Armenia, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, India (36 of 37 states), Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Qatar, South Africa (8 of 9 provinces), United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Mexico, Brazil, Greece, Chile, Spain, Oman, and Nigeria. *Please note that these transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Dose of Colors is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

First Class International service in some countries is not trackable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country.

A signature may be required for orders of $300 USD or more. Ultimately, it is up to the carrier’s discretion whether it is safe to leave your package.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.

If the package has not left our facility, change of address requests can be made by contacting offical@cosmetraluxe.com. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

To qualify for a return, you must email offical@cosmetraluxe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled items will not qualify for a refund. Click here for more information on our return policy.

We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen! If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it can only be replaced with the same item. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance. Hold on to all items until further instructions are provided. Make sure to contact offical@cosmetraluxe.coms

Please confirm if you received an order confirmation email (check your spam/junk inbox). If you see multiple pending transactions in your account, they will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days. For further assistance with the pending transactions, please contact your financial institution.

Please ensure the billing address you provide matches the exact billing address associated with your payment method. To prevent multiple charges, click the submit button only once.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are flagged as potentially risky or fraudulent, as well as those from customers with a history of frequent returns and/or replacements. This policy helps us protect all customers and ensure fair access to our products. If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email with the reason for cancellation and any next steps.
